Yes Foundation of White Center

Act Six in Tacoma-Seattle is an initiative of the Northwest Leadership Foundation (NLF), a nonprofit organization that exists to encourage, strengthen and develop leadership for the spiritual and social renewal of the city. In addition to Act Six, NLF is engaged in a wide range of education, capacity building and leadership development programs. NLF partners with the Yes Foundation of White Center (YFWC) in its recruitment, selection and training of Seattle scholars.  The Yes Foundation exists to address the social, economic, educational, physical, and spiritual needs of youth in the White Center area. By developing programs and partnering with other organizations, YFWC provide youth with positive role models and powerful life experiences to encourage their hope and vision for the future.  Learn more at www.yfwc.org.

 

Portland Leadership Foundation

Act Six in Portland is an initiative of the Portland Leadership Foundation (PLF), a nonprofit organization that exists to strengthen and develop leadership for the spiritual and social renewal of the city. Spokane Leadership Foundation
Ready 2 Serve Ministries

Act Six in Spokane is an initiative of the emerging Spokane Leadership Foundation (SLF) and Ready 2 Serve Ministries (R2S).  Initially incubated and operated under the umbrella of Northwest Leadership Foundation, SLF is developing locally in partnership with R2S.  R2S is a nonprofit multicultural ministry dedicated to service with a focus on reconciliation, restoration and redistribution.

 

Yakima Leadership Foundation and Mending Wings

Act Six in the Yakima Valley is an initiative of the emerging Yakima Leadership Foundation (YLF).  Spearheaded by civic leaders from across the community, YLF shares the mission of other Leadership Foundations to encourage, strengthen and develop leadership for social and spiritual renewal in the Yakima Valley.  YLF partners with Mending Wings on the Yakama Nation.

Mending Wings is a nonprofit organization that serves youth on the Yakama Nation, empowering Native American youth and families to walk together in wholeness and beauty, to honor Creator through their cultures and lives, to provide programs that facilitate healing within reservation communities, and to share with others the life-changing hope we find as followers of The Jesus Way.

Mending Wings is a partner with Yakima Leadership Foundation in recruiting, selecting and training Yakima Valley Act Six scholars, with a particular focus on the Yakama Nation.  Learn more at www.mendingwings.net.
